School Fee Payment and Planning
School Fees Payment and Planning
PAYMENT
Fees are payable in advance by the first day of each term. The two methods of paying fees are:
a) Termly Direct Debit.
This involves completing a variable direct debit mandate, after which you will be given fourteen days’ notice of the amount to be collected. This is the preferred payment method.
b) Monthly Direct Debit.
Payment is made by Direct Debit on a monthly basis over 10 months, from September.
A 5% charge for late payment will be levied on all outstanding accounts, 30 days after fees are due.
There is no longer any administrative charge for Direct Debit.
FEE INCREASES
Tuition fees are increased annually at Michaelmas Term. Reasonable notice is given for these increases.
PLANNING
Financial planning can provide school fees for families who may otherwise consider private education beyond their means. It can also provide a more convenient way to pay the fees and the cost can be spread over many years. As every family has individual circumstances and opinions it is advisable to discuss the subject with an independent financial adviser.
